We want you and your cat to be completely happy with SafeTails. That's why every order comes with a 30-day return guarantee — no ifs or buts.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If your cat won't accept the collar, or you're not satisfied for any other reason, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. Because some cats never get used to a collar, returns are possible even after trying it on.

Tip: let your cat wear the collar indoors under supervision at first. That way you can see how they react and still use the guarantee if needed.

How to return

  1. Email us at support@safetails.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you to confirm receipt and processing.

Return shipping costs

You, as the customer, cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake (e.g. the wrong or a damaged item). In that case we cover the return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days at support@safetails.com — we'll find a quick solution (replacement or refund).
