Where we ship
We currently ship to Switzerland and the United States. Swiss orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adligenswil, Switzerland. US orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the United States.
Processing time
Switzerland: orders placed before 16:00 (CET) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 16:00, at weekends or on Swiss public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
United States: orders are usually dispatched within one working day.
Switzerland
- Carrier: Swiss Post
- Delivery: usually the next working day after dispatch
- Cost: CHF 5.00 — free on orders over CHF 50
United States
- Dispatched from: our fulfilment centre in the United States
- Delivery: usually 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Cost: a flat rate of about USD 5 — free on orders over USD 50
- Import duties and taxes: none. Your order ships domestically within the United States, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
Undeliverable or refused parcels
If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we refund the order minus any shipping and return costs actually incurred.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, email support@safetails.com and we will sort it out.
