Good to know

• Every collar includes S, M and L bands and fits necks 18.8–29 cm (7.4–11.4 in).
• New to collars? Let your cat wear it indoors under supervision first.
• The 360° breakaway buckle releases when the collar snags — that’s by design, to keep your cat safe.

Warranty & returns

• 30-day guarantee. If your cat won’t accept the collar, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
• Faulty or damaged? The statutory warranty applies. If anything arrives damaged or fails in normal use, email us and we’ll replace it or refund you.
• Everyday wear. Silicone is hard-wearing, but the breakaway buckle is designed to release under load. That is normal safety behaviour, not a fault.
